Lost File Recovery Pro
I'm waiting on my order going on 3 weeks for VHS,VHR & DVD digital converter. Order #106296 when I try to track it the order can't be found. My first order with Zilkee arrived within 5-7 days so what's up with my missing order.

Hi Anthony, thank you for those details! We will email you an update momentarily. I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience it caused. Our warehouse in Swannanoa was affected by the flooding in NC and was down for a couple weeks, which delayed a lot of shipments. We're back up and running now but are still catching up. Thank you for understanding!
