I received what I expected to receive... ...eventually. Delay was NOT anything to do with Zilkee, but I feel that their stated delivery timescale was overly optimistic. Deliveries to Canary Islands are routed through customs in Spain, which is where the delay occurred. Spanish bureaucracy is notoriously onerous at the best of times and these are not the best of times. I am sure this is not the first time Zilkee have shipped items to Spain. So they should be aware of the extra delays likely at Spanish customs and should incorporate some kind of warning in their communications with customers. So they lose a rating star for setting my expectations too optimistically. I'm still waiting for delivery of an order from the USA (nothing to do with Zilkee), which arrived at Spanish customs a month ago and for which I have had to fill in a 7 page declaration and will likely end up paying import duties. So Zilkee didn't do so bad! Other than that I can't fault their service or response times.
