It didn’t work. My HD may have been fried. I called tech and they referred me to somebody to assist me. They assured me if they couldn’t resolve the problem that I could send it back for a full refund. Looking in the fine print it says refund only if unopened. I had to hook it up to find that it wouldn’t work. Poor business model. AVOID!
