We can probably help you with that. If not, we can refund you. I'm sorry you were annoyed by the emails. Like most brands, our email volume is higher over black Friday and cyber Monday. But we've never sent more than 2 in a day, and you're always free to opt out. I'm not sure where you're getting this about the return policy. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. Very simple. Searching our records, it doesn't look like you ever reached out to us about it though, so we would have no way to know you were having an issue.
