I had purchased the phone recovery unit, and have used it on 3 different Samsung Galaxy phones. The first one, was an On 5, and that was simple to use. Software opened and very easy to accomplish moving files. An older phone, S10, was also simple. Using this on an S20, not so easy. Had to search around a bit to find it and eventually got it to work. The one painful piece I found was I didn't have an option to "select all" on any of the phones I used it on. I needed to select eCh file in the folders individually. On one of the phones, I stopped at 3000 files. Just takes so long, where as on a windows computer, with an external drive, you can select all the data and move it. Other than that, I like this little device and it worked for all I needed it for.
