Works out of the box
External CD/DVD Reader & Writer
I received the drive in 1 day after ordering, took it out of the box, plugged it in, and Windows 11 on a Dell worked without any issues. Didn't need any tech support, so I didn't rate that criterion. Every CD or DVD I put in the drive was read and listed on Windows Explorer within seconds. After only 3 days, I can recommend the drive - now for the longer haul! Hope it holds up as reliably as it worked initially.
