Dear Hermes, I'm sorry you're having this issue. We've had a lot of delays with packages shipping to Mexico recently. Once they cross the border from the US, we have very little visibility or control. We're still waiting on the local courier to confirm where the package is and the reason for the delay. We will update you as soon as we know. If the package cannot be delivered shortly we'll send you a full refund.
