I received my items quickly, but it was a convoluted process!

I received my items quickly. I had to cancel my first order as everything happened so fast that I could NOT properly review my order BEFORE I authorised payment. During the Check Out, several POPUPS appeared and I thought I was getting reduced price on the items. So, I clicked on them, thinking I was getting them at a LOWER PRICE! In fact, the Popup screens were asking me to BUY ANOTHER of the items I had already put in the cart, but at a lower price than the first item! I contacted your customer support. The person offered me a Refund or another option, but I can't remember what it was. I did NOT get a COPY OF THE TRANSCRIPT of the discussion. I opted for a Refund and was told it will take several days for the refund to be processed! I still have NOT received any notification that the REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED. You need to IMPROVE the information on the POPUP SCREENS and SPEED UP THE REFUND PROCESS! Thank you.
