Works as it should
Read the full review from Dr. JimI bought this to save an old home video. I plugged in an old VHS player, connected this device to my laptop. Then I downloaded the recommended software, and played the tape. It took less than an hour to find my preferred settings. Now I have the video on a USB stick and saved to Google drive.
