Relativity fast shipping and secure packaging. Advertised as a data recovery tool but really only a data transfer tool. Will not recover data from a bad media source. Very poor instructions but decent customer support. Was advised to update my OS but minimum OS required not advertised. No instructions on recovering data from CD/DVDs. I wasted my money !
