It works well and the directions are fairly simple. Great for reading a few hard drives or cloning. The cloning is simple as well. Reading and using was as simple as just plugging in and putting hard drive in.

This hard drive recovery station works perfectly as advertised. I need to transfer a bunch of data from old hard drives (2.5 SSD and 3.5 HDD) to a new one. It is very easy to hook the dock to a PC rough the USB-C port. Computer recognizes all drives without an issue. All file transfer are easy, fast, and stable, with zero disconnection happened. I would highly recommend this product.
Very easy to install and set up. And very convenient to use. Because had 2 USB at front. I put 2 of 3.5 hard drive on it. Runs quiet and first. I use those for back up hard drive.
I don't really use the backup option but I do use external HDDs to copy and store files on external HDDs. This is the perfect solution for me and so far never failed.
