I could not connect to my old hard…

I could not connect to my old hard drive using your cables. So it does not work for me. And your return policy prevents a return. Unsatisfied customer here.

Hi John, I'm sorry the device isn't working for you. Did you reach out to support to troubleshoot? It could be a compatibility issue, in which case we have software that may help, or it could be a bad device, in which case we can replace it or refund you. I'm not sure where you're getting this about the return policy. If it doesn't work for you, we'll refund you. Very simple. Searching our records, it doesn't look like you ever reached out to us about it though, so we would have no way to know you were having an issue.
