i bought the product after seeing an ad on tiktok. funny how it appeared after i realized that i had forgotten to archive my itunes music folder off the old hard drive on my imac. luckily, the drive wasn't wiped when my computer guy replaced it. the product arrived a few days after purchase, i hooked it up and was able to succesfully get all my music off of it and onto my new hard drive (over 3000 songs!). so as of right now, i'm completely satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone who needs to get stuff off an old hard drive.
