It would better if more information was included with the product.

It would better if more, in-depth, instructions were included in the product packaging. As an example: Is it possible to link the product to a computer’s hard drive via a USB port older than a USB 3? Or, must the hard drives be removed from their computers in order to be downloaded? Providing your customers with more information at the outset could lead to less customer frustration and fewer service calls. Kindest regards, Kevin
