All's well that ends well.

EDIT: The manufacturer suggested I return it for a replacement. I did so and the replacement model works fine. I'm not giving this a 5 stars since the first one I got didn't work, however was pleased to find that it is fully compatible with my laptop. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have a Dell laptop running Windows 11 and it doesn't recognize that this device exists. AT ALL. I tried changing ports and updating drivers, still no response. As far as my computer is concerned, I might as well be connecting a brick to it. This is especially annoying as the product description specifically mentions that the device is compatible with Window 11. I am reserving judgement on my tech support rating as I am currently waiting on a response to the message I sent them.
