Really cool product. Really good experience. But I had 3 hard drives and couldn't get any info out of either of them. So it was a wasted buy for me. Not your fault tho. Just thought I could get some info out of them. Got one more hard drive to try! Fingers crossed! One hard drive Hitachi Sata hard drive. 400 gb At one point it worked. For a desk top. Hooks up fine, but can't retrieve data But it has been out of my computer for awhile. Dropped a few times. Reading through your technical support it says if hard drive was damaged u can't get any results . Other one is western digital Scorpio mdl WD3200BEKT-60V5T1. 2010 DOM. THE third. I knew was damaged, but thought I'd try anyway
