Easy to use, nice reader.
It works well and the directions are fairly simple. Great for reading a few hard drives or cloning. The cloning is simple as well. Reading and using was as simple as just plugging in and putting hard drive in.

Really good dock but could be better
Recovery Docking Station
I love this little recovery station. The one think I don’t like about it which I was able to easily fix is when you clone from a smaller hdd/ssd to a larger hdd/ssd it literally clones the whole drive including size so when I cloned from my 500 gb hdd to my 1 tb ssd it cut my 1tb ssd in half to a 500 gb ssd and then formatted it as such a size making it nearly impossible for me to restore from a Mac computer until I broke down and did a full time machine backup of my old drive and my new ssd drive.

Fast and Stable
Read the full review from Raymond G.This hard drive recovery station works perfectly as advertised. I need to transfer a bunch of data from old hard drives (2.5 SSD and 3.5 HDD) to a new one. It is very easy to hook the dock to a PC rough the USB-C port. Computer recognizes all drives without an issue. All file transfer are easy, fast, and stable, with zero disconnection happened. I would highly recommend this product.
